










Timing of meals:
Breakfast- 30-60 minutes
Lunch- 30-60 minutes
Dinner only- 60-90 minutes
Dinner reception- 90-120 minutes
Cocktail reception 1-3 hours
Dinner meals are based on 5-8 oz serving of protein with allowances made style of dish, culture and diet.
Afternoon- 6-12 pieces
Pre dinner- 4-8 pieces
Stand up dinner- 12 pieces or more
Service staff- $22 per hour
Chef staff- $30 per hour
We can supply from our inventory or arrange with our partner supplier for rental of everything from dishes to linen to tenting (for outdoor events). Please enquire for exact pricing, however here is a summary for your purposes.
Plates- $6.00 dozen
Cutlery- $5.00 dozen
Wine glasses- $6.00 dozen
Linen napkins- $.50 per
Linen table clothes- $8.00 per
Six foot banquet tables- $10.00 per
Chairs- $5.00 per
All menu prices include the use of dishes and cutlery, white tablecloths, white or colored linen napkins, head table skirting, if required, and service of our professional staff that will ensure that your function runs smoothly. Included staff time is based on a four hour shift. Additional hours, if required, will be charged out at current rates. We would be pleased to make arrangements for wine glass rental, flowers etc.
As a general guideline gratuities would be 15% of food and service. We will require a deposit of $500.00($100.00 non refundable)...cash, cheque, Visa, Amex or MasterCard at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of the function unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We require a guaranteed number of guests at least one week in advance of the function. Charges will be for guaranteed number or actual number whichever is greater.
We now have an arrangement with a local designer who can assist you with any special themes or decorating for your event. Costs for these services are not included in the buffet prices. Please let us know if this is of interest to you and we can make arrangements to have them contact you.
